File H-1 as soon as possible

You are not going to get a F-1 visa anymore. What you can do is to ask your boss to file a H-1B for you as soon as possible. Premium processing is very quick. If consult a lawyer, you may be able to apply for H-1 visa in China. As long as your documents are good, you will be approved. Good luck.
