Today my wife and I was driving on a residential street and looking for a “For Sale” house. When I stopped on the street to figure out what address the house is, a middle aged white woman, walking around her car saw us looking at her house. She showed her middle finger and just said one word “Oriental”. The she entered her house. I called police in the town and filed a “Racial Discrimination” report. The police then interviewed the woman and called me later saying this is NOT a “Racial Discrimination” case and he can not do any thing else, except finished the incident report. Can I sue her for racial discrimination in the court or other better way to deal with it? Has any one encountered such a humiliating situation and has dealt with it? Any suggestions are welcome.
Can I Sue Her for Racial Discrimination?
