Talk to a lawyer. Without further evidence I would think you can sue the girl under tort of battery. I am not quite sure about what monkey bar is. Is that pushing consented? In another words, you have to prove it was not merely an accident.

For school, you may be able to bring about a case under vicarious liability but I doubt you can win that one.
