Ifyou will be a poor person. It does not matter. Or it will ruin your life. It is not worth to save a few thousand $ to ruin your whole life.

It will prevent you from get any mortgage or endup with very high rate. Most ladlord does not lease apt/house to you.

negotiate to the manager to see pay some to let the manager forget you. Do not report to collection.
