adultery is sort of updated in many states. afterall, it's a free world (sorry, if i sound cold-hearted). most states have no-fault divorce policy. as long as you are a competent mother, most likely, court will grant you custody. but, the best choice might be to work things out with your hu*****and. if your child is your priority, and your hu*****and has been a good father to your child, think again before you resort to legal action.
