Don't know the injury is "grave" (serious) or not. Take pics of the injury and your kid. Then see doc. If Consult a local personal injury lawyer. Generally, the lawyer's initial evaluation is free. If the injury is substantial, the lawyer generally will take the case and take a contigent fee (a percentage of the damages if won. If lose, no legal fee). If the injury is too minor, the lawyer will charge you a hourly fee. The real defendant will be the insurer of the kindergarden.
