這種情況會影響將來綠卡申請嗎？

上月和老婆打架，一個美國老太太報了警，我被警察逮捕， 按了指紋。後來和老婆一起repeal,案子drop掉了。本來說10月14號上法庭，現在知道不用去了。
這種情況將來會影響綠卡申請嗎？會影響將來找工作嗎？我在加州，老婆是F2。
