求教單身老貓！

因欠信用卡公司錢， 但我不想file for bankrucpy， 可也無力還， account已被送去collection agency，我和他們試著去settlement， 但不成功， 現在他們就要 file a civil suite against me。 想請教單身老貓，a civil suite 得程序是怎樣的（I am in New York）， 從他們file到我收到法院的bill大該要多久， 我可不可已plea not guilty 而要求上庭。 還有， collection agency 是不是可已直接從法院拿來judgement而不需經過上庭。
