Talk to your landlord about your problems with your roommate. Avoid using “bad words” such as “abnormal” which hurts others, as most peoples here do not like these. Just tell your landlord that you and your roommate have different habits of daily life, so it is better you move out. Also, it seems not necessary to call police right now, this is a very small problem, you should be able to handle it.
