Some prenuptial agreements are unenforcement based on various grounds. Consult a local lawyer practicing family law about this issue.
Here are some issues that you can consider:
1> Did you consult a lawyer before you sign the agreement? If not, you may have an excuse to get out of the agreement.
2> If you live in a common law state, you should be entitled to half of the property you and your hu*****and have gained during your marriage. If under the prenup, you are forced to give up anything when the marriage ends in divorce (no matter who is in fault and who initiates the divorce proceeding), your state may not enforce such prenup for it violates the state's public policy.
3> Talk to local legal services or women's rights organizations if you believe your hu*****and is abusing you (physically or mentally).
Good luck!
