true. There's always a camera for each toll. I went to NY last year, that is my frist time to go to NY city. So by accident I used the easy pass when I want to corrose the Washington bridge. I was surprised that nobody ask my ticket, nobody collect money from me either. But two months later, I received a letter saying that I was captured by video camera, then I should pay $6 for the cost and $25. for fine. Also they said that because that is my first time, they just waived the $25. fine.
