yes, you do have free speech right. That is not absolute (you've probably already knew.) Honestly, I don't know what you should say to minimize the risk of law suit.( I am not a general practitioner.) State facts, but not anything judgemental. Your better bet might be a complaint to state bar or a malpractice suit.
