Why do you need 中介?

What is your benefit of having agent in buying car insurance?

I deal with insurance company directly. I believe there would be less problem/confusion if less people are involved. I had car insurance from AIG before and didn't have a single problem. Many insurance companies provide online access now. So issues can be found and fixed quicker.
