apply about 4 mos before Feb

I renewed my 2nd EAD 3.5 months before expiration of my 1st EAD, and got it in 2.5 months. I think according to the law, the government should issue you a EAD within 90 days of application. My advice is 1) call a lawyer to get a free consultation, 2) apply 4 months before next Feb.
