前兩天貼了我在美國的牙齒正畸遭遇,謝謝各位的回複和關心!但是

找個好正畸醫生太難了。原因如下：
I tried to find another orthodontist. However, the ones I consulted all said my case is complicated. It is my current orthodontist who made it difficult. They either said they could not treat such a complicated case or they referred me to another orthodontist for second opinion.How can I find a good orthodontist who would like to help me solve the problems?

The following is my main concerns and existing problems. I am not asking for much, am I? I think the concerns should be achieved in every orthodontic patient.

1.Main concerns that I would like orthodontics to accomplish:

a.Achieve musculoskeletally stable TMJ position
1)Musculoskeletally stable TMJ position with maximal and simultaneous intercuspation, Functional dental occlusion
2)Good teeth position and stable arch form

b.No strain on my lips and chin when I close my lips

2.Existing dental problems:
a.Bad malocclusion, overbite.
b.Bad position of some roots (upper incisors, right upper canine, right upper secondary-premolar, etc.).
c.Bad TMJ position and TMJ disorder.

3.Existing facial and soft tissue problems:
a.Face asymmetry
b.Face elongated, compared to without braces
c.More upper teeth/gum shown, compared to without braces
d.Lips and chin are very strained when I close my lips.
