Please don't mislead people if you don't know the exact answer.
According to INS may 2000 memorandum (http://pubweb.fdbl.com/news1.nsf/7f4d7596b0572ba886256e3100809439/3c6bf7cebcc0ff27882568e3006a48c1?OpenDocument),
you can still have H1-B after using AP.
