代理做偽證（發假誓），她會坐牢嗎？

I just found another people in Michigan who also purchased a ticket from this agency. Obviously, the manager of this agent is making a perjury (a false swear) because she swears that her company "does not generate any revenue form state of Michigan other than in the case of the plaintiff" (she sent me a certified mail and made this swear before a notary public). I felt really bad for this manager that she dares to make a false swear just for several hundred dollars. I found in some state, making a perjury will be put in the prison for 3 years.

Background:
我是Michgian的學生，前年在Boston的一家代理訂回國機票並付款，一周後cacell了機票(付 cacellation fee)買了另一張。這個代理至今仍沒有退還我第一張機票錢。現正在Michigan起訴該代理，他們回信竟然說全美國除 New England地區外隻有我一個買過他們的票, 以此來證明其它地區與他們沒有bussiness contact, 就可以dismiss這個case.
