請教，代理退票不退錢，還耍賴，怎麽辦？

曾在Boston一個agency買機票，取消後竟然不退錢. 現正在Michigan起訴該代理，他們回信竟然說全美國除New England地區外隻有我一個買過他們的票，以此來證明Michigan與他們沒有bussiness contact,就可以dismiss這個case. 附近熟人讀未從該agency買過票，不知如何駁倒他們（難道法律上規定隻有一個customer就不算有bussiness contact嗎？）？
