just let your hu*****and allpy for the niw, prepare materials carefully or may be you need a good lawyer, also take some time to do research work about the niw, some website about immigration is very useful(espcially from some indian guy's website), meantime, see if you can apply for Gc for yourself via regular path, at this time, the LC application for RIR is very difficult and if you apply LC using regular way, you probably need 2-3 years to get the LC.
