Go find a women group or

community center, there're people to help you. Tell them your story - you need to prepare for youself for the court, they'll be your witness. Don't tell them you want to divorce, just tell them how he treat you, and let them to come to a conclusion that you need to leave him and that he's abusing you. They'll be your support and your prove in the court. There're many support groups out there, go find a couple and talk to them then find one that you feel you can trust and continue talking to them until they give you some advise.
