As long as he keeps his legal status, it's very easy to find him. Say, he should report his address to IRS and he should have credit reports. So if you know his name, birth date, you can find him easily. If you don't know these 2 info., I don't believe you at all. If you don't know how, just tell me his name and birth date, I can do it for you..
