Update

I am still not sure the result. Seems I have a few
possibilites:

(the school will not stick on this case any more)

1). Go to court and Judge will say "no fault"
2). Drop the case after negotiation, without any condition.
3). Drop the case after negotiation, but with a few
community work.
4). Other ???

Hopefully, someone could give me a hand and point out
which one is the best ? Which one could have a bad
consequence ? Or, which one could be dealed easily
later ?
