回複:help me .thank you!

I was di*****ating if I should repond to you, and decide to give it a try anyway...please keep in mind that I have no med. mal. experience at all...so, take the suggestion with a grain of salt.
First, talk to multiple attorneys. People might have different opinions because of their different experiences. Never take one person's words as the final say, be it doctor or lawyer.
Second, signing a consent form does not automatically kill your case. A consent form could be obtained by fraudulent representation. If the surgon's opinion amounted to medical misdiagnosis, and does not meet the standard of care (sorry, I am getting a little technical here), you should still have a case.
Third, you mentioned that you've talked to several other doctors and all told you that the surgery was unnecessary, I hope you have kept records of those conversations. If you have, bring it with you when you talk to next attorney. Some of those doctors might end up being your expert witnesses. They cared for you, knew your case, that means the credibility in front of the jury.
You might have a borderline case, keep trying, I am pretty sure someone will take your case.
