case dismiss doesnt necessarily means you are a innocent man, DA wasnt after you because theres simply a lack of evidence to convict you beyond a reasonable doubt.

however arrest record is there. this is the thing!

you visa could be denied base on your arrest record, even if it didnt results in a conviction.
