Technically, there is no such thing as a "legal separation" in Pennsylvania. Separation means not living together as hu*****and and wife. It is possible to have a separation even while living in the same house. Separate beds and no sexual relations are evidence of a separation.

In such a case, will the property earned during this period be considered marital assets?
