因為不知道你LP的H1B有沒有免稅之說， 如果有就

用免稅， 別的什麽都不要也劃算， 如果沒有我假定她03年全年是H1， 你用VISA是F1 的OPT， 這樣你們有幾種選擇：
1。按RA合報， 你自願放棄F1的TAX TREATY （如果你還有的話〕跟你LP按RA報稅。
2。分開報，看看這個連接：
http://www.irs.gov/businesses/small/international/article/0,,id=96729,00.html，如果你LP符合可以她按HH報， 你按NRA報。
