J1 waiver申請和批複過程No Objective

Waive申請的過程：No Objective
1.向US.Department of State提交DS-3035表格，申請Case Number
2.收到國務院的回信，得到case Number，並按來信要求將所需的文本寄往國務院的辦公室visa Services of US department of State。請到下述網址查詢你的申請狀態：http://travel.state.gov/jvw.html
3.向中國大使館提交申請，告知他們你的case number,大使館同意後會將 no objective信寄往US國務院。
4.然後你會收到US Department of Homeland Security Immigration Service office的I-797C Receipt Notice
5.2-4周後你收到US Department of Homeland Security Immigration Service office的I-797 Approval Notice
就代表你最後的申請完成。
