fast way is applying B2 visa

It takes time to apply for F1 and you need paay turition fee.
You can apply for tourist visa first. Try to submit the application before your H-1 expired. It allow you to stay for 6 months. YOu may find job during this period. If not you can transfer to F1 from B2.
