New problem is rack and pinion being defective, fluid or something is leaking, it caused steering hard to turn. Dealer's comments are steering hard to turn, needs rack and pinions.
My car is 97, close to 10,0000 miles.
I found out that steering is hard to turn 1 day after I got the first problem fixed (they changed the break pads). So I took it back, they said they know that problem and they will fix it with no charges. I think if they are not responsible for it, why would they agree with fixing it with no charges. After that they just kept telling us that they will fix it by next day, but they never did, it had been more than a week. They even told my friend who knows cars better how and when they would fix it, but they still didn't. How can I trust person like this?
I don't know how to prove that problems was caused by machanic fault, but my friend told me when they lift up the car to change the break pads, they might use something to stick at rack by mistake to hold the car up, the big weight of the car made the rack broken. It was an accident, but it's their fault. I can barely drive that car now, it's very dangerous.
Thanks for replying me!!
