Rach and pinion was defective, fluid is leaking from there. It cause wheel steering hard to turm. My car is 97, close to 10,0000 miles. I found out that problem 1 day right after I had it fixed, I never had that problem before. So I took it back there, they said they know that problem and they will fix it with no charges. So I left it there, they kept promising me they will fix it by XXX and they never did, it had been more than a week. I think if they are not responsible for that, why would they agree with fixing it with no charge. They even told my friend who knows cars better that what's wrong with the car, and how and when they will fix it, but they did not. How can I trust them anymore?
Dealer's comments are steering hard to turn, rack and pinion need to be changed.
