opinion first ASAP. If other OB-GYN believe this is a mistreatment due to Dr's failure, you should recall if you have signed any thing with the Dr who did the procedure on you.

Now days, Drs will make you sign a lot of things before they even talk to you.

If it's really his fault, you can sue, make sure get an lawyer who is specilized in your matter.
