Eviction 問題請教

 

我有個房子在做eviction 的過程中。 現在已經早已超過了法庭指定讓租客搬出的日子。 在等最後一步的eviction order. 但這周法庭放假， 得要等到節日後， 還不知道要等多處時間。 問了City , 8/20 就停水了， 又問了電力公司， 電， 氣也都早停了。 應該是沒有人住了。 想問問大家， 這種情況， 我們能現在就進房子嗎， 還是必須要等到法庭的eviction。 因為最近大雨， 擔心房子裏麵有問題。真是鬧心。  先謝謝大家了
