請教，收到鄰居的律師信

今天收到鄰居的律師信，信中說我家後院的大樹可能回倒到他家的房子，讓我砍樹。

1. 這要求合理嗎？我應如何回應？如果應他的要求砍樹，費用如何分攤？

2. 如果無視這個要求，樹倒了，我有責任嗎？房屋保險是否COVER?
