加州的store credit 怎麽要回來

請教各位達人，事情發生在加州，我2017年給孩子報名SAT考試複習班，由於時間衝突，開學一個多月前退出，補習中心扣除了一些費用後，隻給我store credit, 當初我並沒有告知使用的限製，今年終於等到機會使用時，卻被補習中心告知store credit 隻是一年有效，跟他們說了很多次，但補習中心遲遲不理會我們的要求，我試圖通過BBB file compliant, 但補習中心完全不理會，請問我隻有上法庭一條路了嗎？ 能否把錢要回來呢，先謝謝各位了
