I have the police report(100% his fault),if he has insurance, the insurance will pay the rental fee(I did have an accident before, the other driver's insurance did pay the rental fee( the accident was the other driver's fault), but this time he don't have insurance, so I just want to asked if he responsible to pay the rental fee.
