If you have green card but no job how could you survive in US? After divoce, your ex-hu*****and should pay some amount money to you and your doughter. The next thing is find a new man for youself. The personality is number 1 importand. You will have car and house sooner or later. But if you have bad man you will not have good life even you have good car and house.
My suggestion for you to do now is that you tell him:
You and your doughter suffer enough. If he don't stop to torture you you will call police and send him to the jail. Once he has criminal record his green card will be denied.
Tell him that you don't care about green card any more. If he cares he must stop bit you and your doughter.
