I tried to contact some lawyers, some seemed too busy to see me, some are very eager in taking my case right away, which made me uncomfortable. If a lawyer is too busy, does it mean he is good? just wondering if he has enough time in taking care of my case? will a lawyer usually settle a case without my agreement? do I have the right to know the exact settlement the lawyer get from the insurance company? thank you very much for your help.
