請問好心人一個棘手的問題

我在一家健身俱樂部辦了卡　當時經理說如果我不在附近住了　就可以停止合同　不再收費　三月時我搬家了　可是這俱樂部還是收了我費用　說必須搬離離俱樂部４０公裏外的地方才可以　我本身沒車　新家離這俱樂部要換車　沒法再去　他們卻一直從我卡上自動轉了錢　每月77月　

請問這裏的好心人　我該怎麽辦　能否要回被收的錢？
