where to file?

Hu*****and: adultery and live in a no-fault state.
Wife: Has been cheated for a long time and live in a state concerning adultery. Has the proofs to prove the hu*****and's adultery.

Problems: most of the properties are with hu*****and. Wife has the proofs that she paid most of them.
