Vacation Days and "Floating Holidays" Pay Out 問題（麻省）

我剛剛發現，在我退休時，公司隻付了我unused vacation days，但是沒付給我 unused floating holidays. 

與Payroll 交涉，他們說公司的政策是隻pay out vacation days 但是不 pay out floating holidays.

這是不是違反了麻省的工資法？我的理解是paid floating holidays 在麻省應該paid out。
