he chased her for one year and half ,paid a lot of money for her, include tuitons living expenses, clothes, travel... (he offered each time),but she felt they are not fit for each other. but he said if they broke up she must pay back his money, if she marry him, she doesn't need to . she just graduated, facing job hunting, huge pressure. should she do so? is she legally responsibel for this money?
