His company is obligated by law to disclosure ALL his assets and income information to me.

All assets after marriage must be divided according to law. 
The condition is just 'AFTER MARRIAGE', nothing else. 

如果放手，那容易的很，填FL-180, FL-135, FL-343,...交給法庭，

法官鑒字就可以了. 

隱瞞財產就是不合法，要是賴帳就可以，那還要法律幹什麽.
