交通違章問題

收到交通違章的通知。

原因，在一個路口左轉時闖紅燈被拍照。車速不快。看錄像時看到黃燈時間比一般的短，以為能過去，結果還是越過了紅燈。黃燈時間比一般的短，意外越過紅燈，這個可以作為理由不認罪嗎？或者以此理由請求取消罰單嗎？
