Leave a bad review on google review, yelp etc.

Leave your real name.  Wait for them to contact you to offer cash for removal of bad review. 

When you leave review, only provide facts, never speculation.  for example:

看 這個牙醫Bing Wan，被宰了，就一個檢查，讓俺自費交$150 3D X-Ray 他們早知保險不報，但前台癮瞞這事  我沒有被告訴保險可能不保，結果多花了錢。
