請教一個social security的問題。

每年最高是4分，一共需要40分才可eligible social security benefit, 官網上對於每一分的定義是$1510，想問一下是年收入$1510就可以獲得一分嗎，也就是說年收入在$6040的話就能得到4分？還是說年收入裏的social security這一項扣除的要達到$6040才能獲得4分？哪位能給指導一下？
