房東賴押金

我一直按時交房租。還幫他給新的房客看房子。他是遠程房東。現在我要搬了，要他退押金，他一直推三阻四。一直讓我等，看來是要賴了。

我打算把他的鎖眼堵死，把牆噴漆。

請問會有什麽結果。既然我拿不回押金，為什麽不讓他付出代價？

他以後管我要錢，就說沒收到。
