再次感謝，market value 和實際買的價格還不 一樣 對吧？

比如，買房子的時候 花了100萬，當時的market value是120萬，如果首付10萬，貸款90萬。

120萬-90萬=30萬，就是說有三十萬不能分，對嗎？
