謝謝你的建議！不過可惜lease上確實寫明要全部交回，是我事先沒仔細看。

Lease上寫著：“The Resident will also be asked to return any Move-In Concessions in addition to the lease break penalty.”然後下麵一行明確注明“Amount of Move-In Concession”是一個月的rent。

我之前的退回prorated move-in bonus的印象，也許是和其他apartment記混了。
