You'll have to file a police report, and maybe district attorney might look into starting a prosecution. But realisitically your case is more like a renter's dispute than a criminal case. The district attorney probably would think it is not a good way to spend public resources in prosecuting your tenant.
You can only file civil lawsuit against your tenant, which you already did with eviction case. I don't know what else you can do legally.
