Yes.

as long as it is a single family home, you can transfer the responsibility of snow clearing to the tenant.   However, the responsbility defind by law is limited to snow clearing of the entrance and immediate walkway. 

There is no law defining the responsibility of clearing snow of the driveway and sidewalk, you have more freedom to contract it to the tenant or someone else. 

The lawn is a bit trick.  Yes, you can let tenant do it, but the key to maintain the lawn is watering, weed and feed etc.  To properly water and care for a lawn anyone would spend a lot of money.  While you are free to let tenant to care for the lawn, I'd suggest you get a lanscaping company, but ask the tenant to water the lawn regularly.   If they had a pretty lawn they might have some incentive to pay for water to keep it pretty.
